I followed Lisa Trusedell's weekly challenge over on the Studio Calico blog, it was to use a background patterened paper instead of cardstock, so last night this is what I came up with.
With this page I did a few things I don't normally do, I added some puff paint to the chipboard letters to give it some extra depth. I also used my finger to just randomly smear some paint around as well, I like the added texture and depth it gives me, I'll definately be using this again. The little frame in the top left corner was one of the dollar stamps I got from Michaels, I just smear some of the paint in it as well and popped it off the page.
This is an old picture of my husband from back in 2006, we used to hit happy hour a lot, lol.
