11th Annual YMCA Dragon Boat Races - The Woodlands

At 5:30pm on Friday of last week this is what I looked like...

The reason.... I got to participate in the 11th annual YMCA Dragon Boat Races and man can I just tell you how fun it was. Not just fun....but muddy too and I do mean muddy!
I like to think I'm a competitive person and this kind of thing was right up my alley. The games we participated in were so funny. There was Moonwalk Volleyball, Human Foosball, an Obstacle Course, Name that Song, Dodge Ball and then the famous Dragon Boat Races.

Here are a few fun images I'd like to share.

Studio Work

Yay for me....another blog post!

But seriously I got some new studio lights and you know I had to test them out, and who better to test them out on then my children. Tonight they actually were willing, the boys were game but the girls, lets just say they became willing after they found out they could put the photos on their myspace. I guess I will take whatever I can get at this point.

So without further a do, here are some examples of use of my new lights! Ta Da!

Is this thing on? Hello?????

Okay I know I have not been keeping up with my blog, I am probably the worst person in the world to blog, why? I have no idea why? As much time as I am on this computer editing or googling for wedding inspiration you would think I would have time to post a little here and there. Fat chance!

So what have I been up to lately? Well I've designed some invitations, photographed and produced 531 photo ID badges for the YFL little league football organization. Created a collage for a wedding aniversary and photographed over nine little league football games. And that is all in addition to my regular planned sessions. Wow.....see why I haven't blogged.

Some things I'm working on.....Home Portrait Parties and Holiday Mini Sessions.

The first person that reads this and emails me before 11:59pm on 9/23, gets a free session for up to four people, not good enough for you? Well I'll even throw in an 8x10 and (2) 5x7s. How about now?

Let's see if any one really reads my blog and emails me. Tick Tock...Tick Tock...Tick Tock
